<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication terminal which does not adversely affect communication characteristics of an antenna.SOLUTION: In a radio communication terminal comprising a wireless IC chip 20 for an RFID system, other IC elements 36, 37, 38 and a ground conductor 30, the wireless IC chip 20 includes antenna terminals I/Oa, I/Ob connected to an antenna part 31 and wired connection terminals VDD, CLOCK, DATA, GND connected to the other IC elements 36, 37, 38. The ground conductor 30 is used as an antenna element of the RFID system by being connected to the antenna terminals I/Oa, I/Ob. The wireless IC chip 20 is mounted on a circuit board including an impedance matching circuit connected to the antenna terminals I/Oa, I/Ob. A high-frequency cutoff circuit is arranged on the circuit board between the other IC elements 36, 37, 38 and the wired connection terminals VDD, CLOCK, DATA, GND.</p> |
