<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight composite sheet having high rigidity, excellent moldability and weldability.SOLUTION: A fiber-reinforced sheet layer 2 is composed of a textile part 20 and an impregnated part 2c. The textile part 20 is formed by weaving each fiber 2a, 2b of a second fiber group 2B to each fiber 2a, 2b of a first fiber group 2A in a staggered form along the parallel direction of the first fiber group 2A. The first and second fiber groups 2A, 2B are formed by arranging two carbon fibers 2b between each fiber of many metal fibers 2a that is made of an aluminum alloy and arranged in parallel. The impregnated part 2c is formed by impregnating the textile part 20 with an aluminum alloy of the same kind as the metal fiber 2a of the first and second fiber groups 2A, 2B. A metal sheet layer 3 is made of an aluminum alloy and attached by being pressed to both faces of a laminate 4 formed by laminating three fiber-reinforced sheet layers 2.</p> |
