PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a music box device capable of performing any musical composition even when a rotary member such as a cylinder or disc is not replaced.SOLUTION: The music box device includes: a diaphragm including a plurality of vibration valves 56; a pawl mechanism 52 for flipping a vibration valve 56; receiving means for receiving performance information; controlling means for performing control so as to convert the performance information into a driving signal; and a drive unit 50 for driving the pawl mechanism 52 on the basis of the converted driving signal. The receiving means and controlling means are achieved by a control program operating on the music box device. |
