PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vaccine compositions comprising a mutated factor h binding protein.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to: an immunogenic composition comprising at least one modified factor H binding protein capable of eliciting an immune response, when administered to a human or non-human animal, and associated compositions; usages; and kits. According to a first embodiment, the present invention provides an immunogenic composition comprising at least one modified factor H binding protein capable of eliciting an immune response, when administered to a human or non-human animal. One aim of the invention is to provide one or more kinds of compositions which can be used to elicit a protective immune response against Neisseria meningitidis. |
