PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit failure caused by influence of heat generated from light emitting elements and influence of the temperature in the use environment.SOLUTION: A straight tube LED lamp 1 includes: a long substrate 110 where LED elements 120 are disposed; a long housing 20 in which the substrate 110 is disposed, the long housing 20 having openings at longitudinal end parts; and a power supply mouth piece 30 which is fixed so as to cover the opening at one of the longitudinal end parts of the housing 20. The power supply mouth piece 30 has a mouth piece body 310 having a cup shape. A through hole 311 which allows an internal space of the mouth piece body 310 to communicate with an external space is provided at the mouth piece body 310.
