PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deburring device which can reduce failure, can stably deliver excellent deburring performance, and can maintain an operating rate of a manufacturing line at a high level.SOLUTION: A deburring device 100 includes: cutting means 300 which is arranged on a traveling frame 200 arranged beneath a conveyance line L to shear and remove a burr Bu of a front edge part Sf and a rear edge part Sr of a slab S conveyed along a conveyance direction T of the conveyance line L; lifting cylinders 400, 400 which are arranged on both right and left sides of the conveyance line L to lift the cutting means 300; and advancing/retreating cylinders 500, 500 which are arranged on sides of the conveyance line L to advance and retreat the traveling frame 200, the cutting means 300, and the lifting cylinders 400 along the conveyance direction T. Advancing movement speed (operation speed in the conveyance direction T) of the advancing/retreating cylinders 500 is set to be higher than conveyance speed (movement speed in the conveyance direction T) of the slab S. |
