<p>A fixation clamp (10), more particularly for use in an external fixation system for holding bone fragments adjacent to each other with the help of fixation elements, comprising at least one clamping assembly (20, 30) having at least one reception (71, 72, 73) to accommodate a fixation element along the longitudinal axis of the reception (71, 72, 73) and at least one locking element (40) extending through the clamping assemblies (20, 30) for blocking the position of the clamping assemblies (20, 30) in a defined angular position. Between said locking element (40) and said at least one clamping assembly (20) there is arranged a washer (41). The clamping assembly (20, 30) comprises a first contact surface (80) which is spherical and convex and in that said washer (41) comprises a second contact surface (81) which is spherical and concave, wherein the first contact surface (80) is in contact with the second contact surface (81).</p> |
