According to the present invention, an anti-cavitation device for a swing motor using an accumulator comprises: a swing motor part which discharges a fluid through a first or second passage facing a motor with the forward or backward swing motion of the motor and controls the pressure of the fluid in the first or second passage by receiving a fluid from the outside for the insufficient amount of the fluid; a hydraulic tank for storing a hydraulic fluid; an accumulator for accumulating the hydraulic fluid to supply the fluid at a constant flow rate; a cavitation prevention valve for allowing the fluid supplied from the accumulator to flow into the hydraulic tank by comparing critical pressures which can cause cavitation in the neutral condition between the first outlet pressure on the first passage or the second outlet pressure on the second passage and a lever; and a makeup valve for allowing the fluid supplied from the accumulator to flow into the swing motor part by comparing the critical pressures which can cause cavitation in the neutral condition between the first outlet pressure on the first passage or the second outlet pressure on the second passage and the lever. |
