<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign object collecting filter for automatic air pollution measuring apparatus capable of surely removing foreign objects exerting a bad influence on the measuring apparatus and having small environmental load when manufacturing and disposing filters. <P>SOLUTION: The foreign object collecting filter is formed by superposing nonwoven fabrics produced by thermally bonding fibers, on the both sides of nanofiber nonwoven fabrics produced by an electro-spinning process, and has a mean flow pore diameter of 2μm or less. The nonwoven fabric produced by thermally bonding the fibers may be a thermally bonded nonwoven fabric formed, by a wet process, of fibers mainly composed of polyolefin. The filter is produced by: superposing the nanofiber nonwoven fabric layer produced by the electro-spinning process on the thermally bonded nonwoven fabric; further superposing the thermally bonded nonwoven fabric formed, by the wet process, of fibers mainly composed of polyolefin, thereon: and thermally bonding them by a flat roll or a flat press device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
