<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconductive wire material capable of restraining exfoliation and cracks from being propagated to the whole superconductive layer even when the exfoliation and cracks are generated partially in the superconductive layer, and to provide a manufacturing method of the superconductive wire material. <P>SOLUTION: In a superconductive wire material 10, a superconductive laminate S1 is constituted by laminating an intermediate layer 12, an oxide superconductive layer 13, and a stabilization layer 14 in this order on the upper side of a base material 11, and there are provided a plurality of penetrating parts 7 which are dispersedly formed in the width direction and the length direction of the superconductive laminate S1 so as to reach to at least the intermediate layer 12 from the stabilization layer 14 side of the superconductive laminate S1 or to at least the oxide superconductive layer 13 form the base material 11 side thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
