<p>There is provided a storage cell state notifying system capable of properly determining a frequency to notify a state of a storage cell being monitored. The storage cell state notifying system includes a storage cell state measuring means 81, a frequency determining means 82, and a storage cell state notifying means 83. The storage cell state measuring means 81 measures a state of the storage cell. The frequency determining means 82 determines a frequency to notify the measurement result depending on the amount of change in the measured state. The storage cell state notifying means 83 notifies information indicating the state of the storage cell at the frequency determined by the frequency determining means 82.</p> |
