<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication server which performs user authentication with a plurality of pieces of authentication data and furthermore enhances the security by changing the input request order of the plurality of pieces of authentication data. <P>SOLUTION: An authentication server 1 determines the order of input requests for a user ID as well as a password (fundamental authentication data) and an access code (additional authentication data) to an external computer 2 in response to reception of a user authentication request from the external computer 2. When the input request for additional authentication data is prior to that for fundamental authentication data, additional authentication data of which the input has been accepted by the external computer 2 is temporarily stored in a temporary storage means (either of a temporary storage means 80 provided in the authentication server 1 and a temporary storage means 90 provided in a client terminal 4), and fundamental authentication data is used to implement user authentication, and the temporarily stored additional authentication data is read to implement user authentication. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
