<p>The present invention is a two-layer garment 100 adapted to receive one or more body parts to provide a user with compression and thermal therapy. The two layers comprise of an inner base layer 102 having a compression fit and an outer mesh layer 104. The layers 102, 104 are attached to one another such that an intermediate space 106 exists between the two layers 102, 104 with the intermediate space 106 being accessible through one or more openings 114. The openings 114 and intermediate space 106 being adapted to receive a thermal transferring element. A thermal pouch 108, 208 having a plurality of projections 110, 210 on an outward facing surface may receive the thermal transferring element 112, 212 prior to insertion into the intermediate space 106 or the projections (310, Fig 6) may be located on the thermal transferring element (320, Fig 6) itself. The outer mesh layer 104 receives the projections 110, 210 securing the thermal transferring element 112, 212 at any location. A further claim is also directed toward the TTE comprising projections (300, Fig 6) alone.</p> |
