<p>In the present invention, disclosed are a plate used for flooring in salt pans, which includes a main body of the plate with loess, barely stone, pulp, bentonite and agalmatolite; and a black layer coating the surface of the main body, and a manufacturing method of the plate for flooring in the salt pan, comprising a mixing process of forming a base by mixing loess, barely stone, pulp, bentonite with agalmatolite in a certain ratio; a molding process of molding and forming the raw base; a firing process of firing the molded in a kiln and accordingly forming a main body of the plate; and a forming black layer process of injecting a material to generate black materials in the kiln after completing the firing process and forming a black layer on the surface of the main body of the plate.</p> |
