摘要 The present invention relates to a battery module having an electrode lead with a damping structure. It includes two or more battery cells which are adjacent to each other in left-right or up-down directions to be laminated and can be charged/discharged, and external members which fix battery cells and form battery cell laminate. The battery cells have an electrode lead which is electrically connected to an electrode assembly in each battery cell and protrudes from a battery case. An electrode lead combination part is formed by welding the electrode leads of the battery cells in the battery cell laminate. In a part except the electrode lead combination part or an electrode lead combination part of the electrode lead part, a damping structure for buffering and absorbing the vibration of a welding process or external force applied to the battery module.
