receiving an electronic report input associated with an incident or individual; categorizing the electronic report input with a matching engine and a database based on a person identifier, the matching engine configured to assign one or more categorization attributes of the incident or individual; and generating an alert provision instruction to one or more specialized caregiver devices based on the one or more categorization attributes.
