<p>The present invention relates to a device for detecting abnormal surge in a control packet. The present invention comprises: a collecting unit for collecting or capturing multiple packets transceiving between a plurality of wireless terminal devices and a plurality of servers via a communication network; a measuring unit for measuring the generation rate of control packets generated in each IP about each flag for′n′seconds after categorizing the packets collected or captured by the collecting unit according to server IP; a recording unit for recording the number of control packets in seconds for a certain period of time according to flag generated during the past time as of present and for computing the average or maximum generation rate by using the number of flags recorded in seconds for a certain period of time; and a determining unit for extracting abnormal surge in the control packets by using the generation rate of control flags in seconds measured in the measuring unit and the average value or the maximum value of an inflow rate in second according to flags computed in the recording unit.</p> |
