A prism sheet is provided that suppresses the occurrence of glare and has low light loss. The prism sheet is provided with a light-transmissive, sheet-like main body; a unit prism section that is disposed on one surface side of the main body and has a plurality of protruding unit prisms arranged along a direction following the sheet surface; and a light diffusion layer disposed on the other surface side of the main body. Given a pitch of the plurality of unit prisms of P (µm) and a surface roughness of the light diffusion layer of Ra (µm), a prescribed relationship between P and Ra is satisfied.
