<p>Disclosed is a device for measuring the size of a battery pack including a length measuring unit measuring the length of the battery pack to be measured transferred to a measurement position by a transfer unit; a width measuring unit measuring the width of the battery pack to be measured transferred to the measurement position by the transfer unit; a thickness measuring unit measuring the thickness of the battery pack to be measured transferred to the measurement position by the transfer unit; a memory unit storing data about the normal length, normal width, and normal thickness of the battery pack; a display unit displaying whether the measured battery pack is normal or abnormal; and a control unit controlling the battery pack transfer to be measured to the measurement position, checking the length, width, and the thickness of the battery pack to be measured based on measurement data inputted by the length measuring unit, width measuring unit, and the thickness measuring unit, comparing and determining whether the measured length, width, and thickness are within a normal size range stored in the memory unit, and displaying whether the length, width, and the thickness of the battery pack are normal or abnormal based on the result of the comparison and determination. Therefore, the present invention is capable of easily and automatically determining whether the size of a manufactured battery pack is normal or not, unlike an existing method of sampling some products and measuring the size manually, enabling total inspection, and improving the reliability of the battery pack size.</p> |
