a flash memory unit; and a control unit configured to:
determine whether data in a logical block address to which data instructed to be written belongs was sequentially written in the past;determine whether a size of the data instructed to be written into the flash memory unit is greater than or equal to 1/n of a block size of the flash memory unit, wherein n is greater than or equal to 2; andperform control to sequentially write the data instructed to be written to the flash memory unit based on the determination; andsequentially write the data instructed to be written into the flash memory unit when the size of the data instructed to be written is less than the block size, the data in the logical block address to which the data instructed to be written belongs was not sequentially written in the past, and the size of the data instructed to be written is greater than or equal to 1/n of the block size.
