PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact IC card difficult to be caught on a transport passage even if an end surface thereof contacts the guide plate or the like when the IC card is transported by a printer, an issuing device or the like, and easy to be handled, for example, transported, while suppressing increase in manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A noncontact IC card includes: an insulating substrate; antenna circuits arranged on one surface and the other surface of the insulating substrate; an IC chip arranged on the antenna circuit on the one surface of the insulating substrate; and an adhesive layer and a surface skin layer arranged on each of the one surface and the other surface of the insulating substrate. The adhesive layer arranged on the one surface is thicker than the IC chip, an outermost part of the noncontact IC card is an end portion of the surface skin layer arranged on the other surface of the insulating substrate, and the adhesive layer forms a recess relative to the end portion of the surface skin layer. |
