<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate structure mold of which an insulation property is assured even if the mold contacts another jig or member and which has a high reliability, and to provide a member cutting device using the laminate structure mold.SOLUTION: A laminate structure mold 1 is equipped with: an insulation plate 10 having a plate body 10p made of a metal material and a metal oxide film 10f formed on a surface of the plate body 10p; and metal plates 11, 12 made of a metal material having a conductivity which are disposed on one main surface side and the other main surface side of the insulation plate 10. The mold 1 is so configured that an outer peripheral surface 10a of the insulation plate projects outside outer peripheral surfaces 11a, 11b of the metal plates on the one main surface side and the other main surface side of the insulation plate 10 or retracts inside. In a member cutting device equipped with a punch for cutting a member and a die, the punch and the die are held by the laminate structure mold having the aforesaid constitution.</p> |
