PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of super-quick hardening concrete having uniform fiber dispersion and high compressive strength and flexural strength.SOLUTION: A production method of super-quick hardening concrete comprises: (A) a mortar kneading step to knead mortar by charging at least super-quick hardening cement, a fine aggregate and water into a mixer; (B) a fiber charging step to continuously charge fibers in the mortar while continuing kneading; (C) a coarse aggregate charging step to charge a coarse aggregate to the mortar while continuing kneading or after finishing the charge of the fibers; and (D) a super-quick hardening concrete kneading/discharging step to discharge the concrete after continuing the further kneading of the concrete after finishing later charging among the charging of the fibers and the charging of the coarse aggregate.
