<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a hand forming roller device for tamping work which corrects aircraft parts made of an aluminum and titanium alloy materials. The hand forming roller device (10) comprises a base (12), a fixation side bearing (16), a movement side bearing (14), and a handle unit (18). The hand forming roller device is capable of making two bearings (14, 16) be combined with each other to perform tamping work, and adjusting a gap between the fixation side bearing (16) and the movement side bearing (14) by controlling the movement side bearing, thereby enabling a worker to perform tamping work with less force and easily control a work position in order to prevent muscular skeletal diseases caused by excessive power applied during the tamping work. In particular, the hand forming roller device is provided to increase work convenience by making the tamping work consecutively be performed while making a work pieces (1) come in close contact with the upper surface of a flat base (12), and reduce the size of a tamping work facility.</p> |
