PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition for laminated product which is excellent in adhesiveness between a laminated layer and a plastic layer, meets requirements of moisture-proofness, heat resistance, insulation, durability, etc., also has electrolyte resistance and does not cause delamination with time, and a laminate and a secondary cell using it.SOLUTION: An adhesive composition for laminates comprises a polyolefin resin (A), a heterocyclic compound (B) and a hardener (C). A laminate and a secondary cell using the adhesive composition are also provided. |
