<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for catechin binding effective in promotion of binding to catechin cells.SOLUTION: A composition for catechin binding of the invention contains wheat leaves, oligosaccharide, water-soluble dietary fiber, and lactic acid bacteria. The composition for catechin binding of the invention can promote binding to catechin cells effectively by increasing the expression level of genes encoding 67 LR which is a catechin receptor protein. Particularly, in small intestinal epithelial cells, the composition for catechin binding of the invention can promote signaling to catechin cells effectively by increasing the expression level of genes encoding 67 LR.</p> |
