The present invention provides an imaging apparatus (100) which can take still images which a user can easily recognize even though an imaging environment changes. The imaging apparatus (100) comprises: a first environment change specifying unit (42) for specifying changes in an imaging environment when an imaging unit (3) takes an image; an imaging condition setting unit (43) for setting whether to fix an exposure condition or to make an exposure condition follow environmental changes according to the specified changes in the imaging environment; a first control unit (41) and a second control unit (44) for controlling the image unit to take still images for a given period of time at regular intervals according to the settings determined by the imaging condition setting unit. |
