PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object monitoring device and an object monitoring system capable of monitoring an object more precisely.SOLUTION: An object monitoring device according to an embodiment includes: a first processing unit; a second processing unit; and a determination unit. The first processing unit outputs information on a position of a target object on the basis of an output from a radar unit. The second processing unit outputs information on the position of the target object on the basis of images picked up by an imaging unit repeatedly imaging the target object according to passage of time. The second processing unit clips an image based on a processing result of the first processing unit from the image picked up at first time, searches an image having a high correlation to the clipped image in the image picked up at second time later than the first time, and outputs the information on the position of the target object on the basis of the search result. The determination unit determines the position of the target object on the basis of outputs from the first processing unit and the second processing unit.
