PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify whole processing for dividing the inside of an image into a plurality of areas and to enable a user to perform the division with high accuracy by a simple designation operation.SOLUTION: The inside of a drawing line with prescribed width is designated as a pixel in which either a foreground or a background is undetermined (step S7 in Fig. 5). Then, the inner side of a closed curve being outside of the drawing line and created by the drawing line is designated as a pixel determined in a foreground (step S8), and the outer side of the closed line being outside of the drawing line and created by the drawing line is designated as a pixel determined in a background (step S9). Image division processing for dividing the inside of the drawing line into a foreground pixel and a background pixel is performed on the basis of designation information for designating such a foreground and a background (step S10). |
