<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery having a current interruption mechanism which is excellent in vibration resistance.SOLUTION: A secondary battery includes: a collector member (51); a connection member (31) having a plate-like plate part (34) and a peripheral edge part (35) arranged in the peripheral edge of the plate part (34); a pressure-sensitive member 41 connected to the peripheral edge part (35) by weld, and connected to the collector member (51), and configured to deform so as to be separated from the collector member (51) when the internal pressure of an outer package rises; and a holder part (61) supported by the connection member (31) at a position opposed to the plate part (34), and configured to hold the collector member (51). The plate part (34) includes: a thick part (34p) disposed at a position opposed to the holder member (61); and a thin part (34q) disposed at a position between the thick part (34p) and the peripheral edge part (35), which is less in thickness than the thick part (34p).</p> |
