PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout for a pouch container which can prevent deformation of a welded part and closure of an internal space, in which a content passes, without losing sealability of the content, and provide a pouch container using the same.SOLUTION: A spout 20 includes: a mouth part 30 which has a distribution passage 33 for passing a container content and is closed at one end of the distribution passage in a vertical direction; and a welded part 40 which has an internal space 43 communicating with other end in the vertical direction of the distribution passage 33 and is structured by arranging a pair of welded walls 41, 42 opposite to each other with the internal space sandwiched therebetween. The welded part 40 includes projections 45, 46 which project to the internal space 43 from at least one inner surface out of the welded walls 41, 42. The projections 45, 46 are formed between the opposite welded walls 41, 42 with a clearance 47 formed before the welded part 40 is welded to a container main body.
