Cylinder vacuum doors are respectively provided in an inlet and the outlet to seal the inside of the drying furnace and to provide a vacuum environment inside the drying furnace during a drying process, thereby closely attaching a coating or plating film to the target material. When both shafts of the barrel are fixed by a fixing bracket on a chain belt, the barrel containing the target material is transferred in a moving direction by the support of the chain belt and dried while being continuously rotated by a rack and a pinion installed on the shaft of the barrel. According to the drying device of the present invention, when the circular shafts of both ends of the barrel are mounted on the fixing bracket on the chain belt which can put the barrel containing the target material into the double-sealed drying furnace capable of keeping warmth, the barrel is moved in the moving direction of the chain belt, the pinion on the end of the barrel is engaged with the fixed rack installed on the side surface of the chain belt to move the entire barrel forward while rotating the barrel, the inlet and the outlet of the drying furnace are closed and opened by the cylinder vacuum doors, a plurality of air inlets are provided to form a vacuum inside the sealed drying furnace, and the barrel is finally transferred by the chain belt to discharge a finished material through the outlet of the sealed drying furnace.</p>
