摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of occurrences of defective products related to an optoelectronic component that does not function.SOLUTION: An optoelectronic component is manufactured by using a method including the following steps: A) forming a growth substrate and a semiconductor layer which is arranged on the growth substrate for generating a zone that is active during operation; B) forming a separation structure on the semiconductor layer; C) depositing a plurality of copper layers 7 on the semiconductor layer in a region separated by the separation structure; D) removing the separation structure; E) forming protection layers 11 on at least side surfaces of the copper layers; F) attaching auxiliary substrates on the copper layers; G) removing the growth substrate; H) after removing the auxiliary substrates, segmenting a composite including the semiconductor layer and copper layers into pieces and forming components which are separate from each other. The optoelectronic component manufactured by using this method is laid out in a housing having a reflector hollow.
