PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for improving the possibility of a decrease in a fluid temperature while preparing a beverage in a beverage machine using a capsule having an enclosure including tea leaves.SOLUTION: The process includes: a) a process for introducing water into a capsule and submerging tea leaves in a capsule enclosure; b) a process for immersing the tea leaves; and c) a process for introducing the water into a capsule until the required amount of beverage is discharged. The water is continuously introduced into the capsule from the beginning of the process a) to the end of the process b). |
