<p>The present invention relates to a heat exchanger of a new structure capable of reducing the used amount of clad aluminum while improving heat exchange efficiency; and a method of manufacturing the heat exchanger. According to the present invention, a heat exchanger includes a protruded portion (21) formed on a side surface of a fin (20) by pressing the side surface of the fin (20), thereby securing sufficient strength even if the fin (20) is extremely thin. Therefore, a flow passage is not extremely narrowed even if the side surface of the fin (20) is closely attached to the flow passage due to the extremely thin fin (20), thereby minimizing fluid resistance generated when fluid passes the flow passage, and improving the heat exchange efficiency generated between the fluid and the fin (20).</p> |
