The present invention provides a three-dimensional display apparatus. The present invention includes a display panel having a pixel array for pixels to be arranged in a row direction and a column direction and a multi-view forming devices, and includes a view forming device which forms N views in a different direction. Each multi-view forming device has a major axis which is tilt at angle (θ) against a column direction of the pixel, and a pitch (P) satisfies an equation in the column direction of each multi-view forming device. N is a time number and one or more integers, S is the number of the multi-view forming device needing to form N views and one or more integers, and A indicates the width in the column direction of each pixel.
