<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact-type data receiver/transmitter that is thin and excellent in flexibility and can be affixed to a subject without the use of an adhesive and the like and be manufactured easily, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The non-contact-type data receiver/transmitter 10 comprises an inlet 11 and a coating material 12 which covers one surface 11a of the inlet 11.
