PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily determine a date when the access authorization of a predecessor expires.SOLUTION: An access authority management device stores: correspondence information where a role in usage of the access authority management device and an expire date when an employee comes not to be allowed to use identification information are stored in association with the employee; correspondence information where deletion criteria indicating whether identification information of the employee to be relocated is invalidated is stored in association with a combination of his/her role and the relocation reason; and correspondence information where a deletion period indicating a period starting from a date of a personnel relocation announcement and ending on a date when the identification information of the employee to be relocated is invalidated is stored in association with the combination of his/her role and the relocation reason. The device receives the relocation reason, acquires his/her role on the basis of the employee to be relocated, acquires the deletion criteria on the basis of the received relation reason and acquired role, and acquires the deletion period on the basis of the received relocation reason and acquired role when the acquired deletion criteria indicate invalidation of the identification information. |
