The present invention relates to a golf club protecting cover with a lock piece, comprising a lock piece which is installed near an opening and closing part of the protecting cover and exposed to the outside and is fixed on a locking part to move and accordingly maintains the locking state at a moment on the opening and closing part of the protecting cover. Therefore, the protecting cover is not opened and maintains the closing state, even though the head or iron of the golf club is hit to the locking part to open and close the protecting cover while being carried or moved, leading to convenience of users.
