The present invention relates to an anti-vibration apparatus to reduce noise generated from a refrigerant valve and a kimchi refrigerator having the same. More specifically, the anti-vibration apparatus includes an anti-vibration cap composed of an elastic material surrounding an operation part of the refrigerant valve to efficiently reduce the noise of the refrigerant valve to reduce the noise generated from the kimchi refrigerator. The anti-vibration cap surrounds a front surface and a rear surface of the operation part and includes a cap body having a through-hole on one portion of the cap. The cap body is formed to correspond to the shape of the operation part to receive the operation part to be closely attached.
