The present invention relates to a broadcast message transmission method using a data network and a public network, which can make a broadcast message be received to a reception terminal at a relatively low cost upon transmission of the broadcast message to one or more reception terminals, and can solve a problem according to a dual reception of the broadcast message. The broadcast message transmission method using a data network and a public network comprises: an eleventh step of receiving a transmission request of a broadcast message; a twelfth step of mutually comparing a telephone number of a reception terminal with a telephone number database of a reception terminal in which an application for receiving the broadcast message is installed; a thirteenth step in which a broadcast message server transmits the broadcast message through a data network to a reception number in which the application is installed; a fourteenth step of getting feedback of a reception completion message of the broadcast message from the application of the reception terminal; a fifteenth step of checking that the reception completion message of the broadcast message is transmitted to the reception terminal upon reception of the reception completion message of the broadcast message; and sixteenth step of displaying the broadcast message on the application. In addition, the method comprises: a twenty first step in which the broadcast message transmission server transmits the broadcast message through a public network in the twelfth step when a reception terminal does not have the reception number in which the application is installed or in the fourteenth step when the broadcast message transmission server does not get feedback of the reception completion message of the broadcast message from the application of the reception terminal; and twenty second step of displaying the broadcast message transmitted through the public network on the reception terminal. |
