Disclosed are a support member for transporting a large structure, and a transportation method of a large structure using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the support member comprises: a first support member (100) including two vertical plates attached to a first structure (510) and positioned to be parallel with each other, and a horizontal plate (120) attached to the upper surface of the vertical plate (110) and having a slot hole (130) formed thereon; a second support member (200) including two first vertical plate modules (210) attached to a second structure (520) and positioned to be parallel with each other, a second vertical module plate (220) coupled to the first vertical module plate (210) by a bolt, and a horizontal module plate (240) attached to the upper surface of the second vertical module plate (220) and having a bolt hole (250) formed thereon; and a fixation member (300) coupling the first support member (100) to the second support member (200) by the slot hole (130) of the first support member (100) and the bolt hole (250) of the second support member (200).
