The present invention relates to skin externals comprising ginsenoside F5 and, more specifically, to skin externals which: have no cytotoxicity, thereby being harmless for human body; merely have side effects, thereby being safe for long term use; and inhibits produced nitrogen monoxide, thereby having excellent anti-inflammatory effects.
