PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulation plate and a sound barrier structure, which achieve weight saving, improve handleability during the construction, reduce a construction cost, and have high sound insulating property and durability.SOLUTION: Bearing members 20, 21 fixedly holding acoustical boards 10, 11 are reinforced by honeycomb structures HC, and the acoustical boards 10, 11 are configured by a concrete material containing wood pieces which are neutralized and mineralized, or made to be inorganic, by chemical treatment. The bearing members 20, 21 fixedly holding acoustical boards 10, 11 and the honeycomb structure HC are configured by using any of or combined materials such as reinforced plastic, engineering plastic, super engineering plastic, carbon fiber, thin steel plate, or aluminum plate. |
