<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a starter control device which can continue electricity-carrying to a starter even if the instantaneous lowering or instantaneous interruption of a power supply voltage occurs.SOLUTION: A starter control device 6 has a capacitor C1, drives a starter driver MOS1 by the output potential of the capacitor C1, and supplies power to a starter motor 2. As above, since a latch circuit is not used but the capacitor C1 is used, even if the instantaneous lowering or instantaneous interruption of a power supply voltage occurs, power supply to the starter motor 2 can be maintained. That is, the instantaneous lowering and instantaneous interruption of the power supply voltage are usually finished within an extremely short time. Therefore, even if the instantaneous lowering or instantaneous interruption of the power supply voltage occurs, the output potential of the capacitor C1 can be maintained at a threshold TH or higher for turning on the starter driver MOS1.</p> |
