PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clopidogrel-containing tablet which can dissolve the pending problem of the conventional disintegration delay by increasing disintegratability, and also ensures the disintegration property of clopidogrel itself, and is improved production efficiency, and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A clopidogrel-containing tablet and production method thereof are disclosed. The clopidogrel-containing tablet of the invention contains the melt cooling granulation material of clopidogrel and a lubricant separately, and the lubricant contains dextrin. According to the invention, an excellent disintegratability can be exhibited immediately after administering without delaying the disintegration time of the tablet. The clopidogrel-containing tablet of the invention is useful as a pharmaceutical formulation aiming at the treatment of suppressive therapy for recurrent after ischemic cerebrovascular disease, or acute coronary syndrome applied percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty, or the like. |
