PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an emergency call system which allows for more reliable incoming of voice calls from registered users, while preventing the incoming itself of voice calls from unregistered users.SOLUTION: An emergency call unit 1 includes identification information transmission means 13 for transmitting the unique identification information of the emergency call unit 1 over a data communication network 7, depending on the operation of emergency call means 12. A server 4 includes caller confirmation means 42 for confirming whether or not the identification information received over the data communication network 7 matches prestored identification information, and incoming setting means 43 for setting the telephone network 6 so as to reject incoming of voice call for PBX2, and to allow incoming of voice call from the emergency call unit 1 to PBX2 only when matching of the identification information is confirmed.
