<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spreader in which heat dissipation characteristics are enhanced with simple configuration, and to provide a heat sink including a plurality of fins.SOLUTION: A heat sink includes a spreader 10 and a plurality of fins 20 having enhanced heat dissipation characteristics with simple configuration by including a spreader 10 of solid member, a plurality of fins 20 fixed to the spreader 10 and projecting therefrom, and a heat conduction member 30 made of silver or an alloy mainly composed of silver, and interposed between the spreader 10 and each of the plurality of fins 20, so as to come into direct contact with each of the plurality of fins 20.</p> |
