摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of detecting a defective.SOLUTION: A method of inspecting fuel cell catalyst coated membrane includes: a step 1 of acquiring a captured image obtained by imaging a catalyst layer forming transfer sheet thermally pressed to an electrolyte membrane and peeled therefrom; a step 2 of detecting a plurality of catalyst remaining areas from the captured image by grayscale determination using a first value as a threshold with respect to the captured image; a step 3 of connecting adjacent catalyst remaining areas, which are close to each other in each of the catalyst remaining areas, to form a connected area, and determining a mask area on the basis of the connected area when the connected area has a predetermined size or more; a step 4 of detecting the catalyst remaining area from a non-mask area, which is formed by excluding the mask area, by performing grayscale determination using a second value (larger than the first value) as a threshold, on the non-mask area; and a step 5 of determining the quality of the catalyst coated membrane on the basis of the catalyst remaining area detected by the step 4.
