The present invention relates to a flowerpot, in which a pipe-shaped tube into which a wick for absorbing water is inserted, is installed and water is absorbed upward and sent to soil, so that a planted plant may absorb water through the soil to grow. The flowerpot according to the present invention comprises: a water accommodation part (104) having an accommodation space therein and an opened upper end to communicate with the accommodation space; a detachment prevention cover (108) detachably disposed at an upper end of the water accommodation part (104) and having a through-hole (106) at an inner center thereof; a main body (112) located on an upper surface of the detachment prevention cover (108) and having a through-hole (110) at a center of a bottom surface; a pipe-shaped tube (114) inserted into the through-hole (106) of the detachment prevention cover (108) and the through-hole (110) of the main body (112); and a water absorption wick (116) detachably disposed inside the pipe-shaped tube (114), and having one end located at the accommodation space of the water accommodation part (104) and the other end located in soil to be located inside the main body (112), upwardly absorbing water accommodated in the accommodation space of the water accommodation part (104), and sending the absorbed water to soil of the main body (112). |
